Let's get the the Road on the Show
This movie was hilarious, especially Adolphe Menjou, who generally plays a grumpy sweet character, who got in the rough and tumble of it all and did a great job. The most fun was the Lion scenes at the carnival.

Fun flick
Wiily best today would be crucified for playing his role in todays movies, but he did play the coward as good as anyone ever did.

An entertaining story...
...if even a bit implausible. The Colonel (Adolphe Menjou)is the star of this play, although Drogo and Penguin are also amusing.
A bit silly at times perhaps, but entertaining nonetheless. There are some racially targeted jokes in the dialog that would offend some today (think Negroes and watermelon), but this film has some charm which modern movies can't touch.
4 stars.

Great movie
I watched this a few weeks ago, and could have sworn I reviewed it and gave it 4 stars... but, I don't remember much about it, except he ends up in the circus and there's this one actor that annoys me in this, and I enjoyed it quite a bit.
